I'm 153cm, which is just a titch over 5 foot
Starting weight around 88.5kg (195lbs), current weight sitting between 56.5kg and 57.5kg (124 - 126lbs).
I'm done with losing at this point and working on maintaining and continuing to improve my fitness - I'm a runner these days, something I would never, ever have claimed to be previously, and love doing fun runs. Have done 2 x 5km and 1 x 8km runs this year, and planning a 10km early next year

Good job everyone....pretty amazing before and after pictures.
I am another shorty....only 4 ft 11 and am just starting my weight loss journey again.....
Thanks for sharing pictures.0 -
Love looking at the pictures and getting the motivation. Thanks everyone! Awesome job!
It can be frustrating sometimes being so short. 149lbs to someone 5ft5 is not so bad, but on my 4ft11in body, I am obese and flabby. 115lbs seems so far away and not reachable0 -

This is what 1 year of dedication looks like to someone who is 5'1". I'll be doing another comparison similar to this at the end of the month. This time will be comparing results after 9 months of heavy lifting and one bulk/cut cycle.

Wow you look absolutely AMAZING!! I had my little girl 7 months ago and only started this 3 months ago and you have completely inspired and motivated me.
