I weigh myself once a week and I make sure to do it around the same time. I usually measure every 4 weeks.

I bought one of those popcorn machines and I do not put anything on the popcorn while its being made. Afterwards I put tapatio on my popcorn. Tapatio goes with everything.

I just saw this post! I just joined MFP on the 7th and this is going to be a good challenge for me! My anniversary is in march so this is perfect! I am 23. Current weight: 211 Goal by st patty's: 190 Ultimate goal 150 Height 5'8"

Put chicken in the crock pot with salsa. Cook on low 6-8 hours and the chicken will shred nicely. Easy and yummy!
