I honestly have no routine. I started in the beginning just walking more. 10 minutes a day, seriously that small of a change. Now I walk to the store, my kids to school, etc etc. We play sports in the backyard. Anything to up my activity level. Then I found some old dumb bells and a barbell in the garage and started doing…

Same here, I still eat those foods just in moderation. Not everyday either, even if it fits into my calories, because I want to lose weight but also become healthy, and eating pizza everyday probably wont get me there. I get angry too when I'm craving something but who am I angry at? Myself because I'm choosing to not eat…

I also agree that there is no short cut. I've tried everything you can for weight loss and what I have realized is that I never really wanted to put in the work. I finally started counting calories honestly and working out a little and its working. Down almost 44 lbs in 3 months!

I agree, raising kids without strangling them is so much harder than losing weight :) Lol! Thanks for the laugh. I have 3 that are still alive and kicking (and screaming) and I'm managing to shed the pounds in the meantime.

I really needed to hear this today! I had a bad binge in the middle of the night last night and was just feeling ****ty this morning. I logged it in yesterdays diary and have started over fresh today. I have a 55 day streak! I will continue to log and keep going :) Thanks so much!

Ice cream! I like skinny cow or no sugar added blue bell. I watch my portions and never deprive myself, or else I will binge.

I try to eat a lot through out the day, but around breakfast I love an English muffin with butter, cottage cheese or carrots and hummus.

Next week will be 3 months for me and I've lost 38. I have had slip ups and dont exercise half as much as you do, so I'm sure you could do it if you stuck with it religiously. Personally I would say do your best and don't worry if you don't hit 50 in exactly three months. Be proud of what you do accomplish :)
