oops i meant white grains, I'm eating wholemeal breads and flours! i once didn't eat carbs after 5 for lent and i lost a bunch of weight so thought i would try it again. I'm currently on 1200 cals a day

I am exactly the same!! Ive learnt that if your looking to tone aswel as lose fat the scales lie as i have put on weight but I've lost inches.
