Did you have to have surgery to get your stomach that great or did your skin bounce back? I started at about 300, and I'm at 267 now (I was at 247 but somehow gained weight back :neutral: ) anyway, I'm 5'9 and have worried about the loose skin. Great job. you look AMAZING.

I do Tabata bootcamp in the morning, and at night I do either running or walking for an hour. I also do yoga two times a week instead of the walking/running :)

I actually have been adding a lot of sunflower seeds to my diet :) I can't do dairy because it really messes with my stomach. I tried to avoid avocados because of the carbs, I think I just need to get over that because they have a ton of nutrients!

Lol well, I weigh A LOT. A friend of mine who weighs about 100 lbs less burns significantly less than I do. We have the same HRM as well and we always do the workout together and then compare :)

You may be able to lose weight- but you still have to be careful. My dad gave up ALL processed sugar and became diabetic because of all the fruit he consumed, because he too was told he could eat all the fruit he wanted.

Thanks ma'am! I do the elliptical 4 days a week for 40 minutes and 2 days a week for 65 minutes :) I also do all of the leg workouts you mentioned, plus some. I do a lot of weights. I love it. I think it's just going to take time to see definition. :)

Thank you! I usually do 4 sets of 12 on weights, but I'll try upping the weight and doing maybe 5x8 instead of 4x12. For my cardio I either jog or do the elliptical. Since I injured my ankle, Ive been doing the elliptical more just to take the pressure off. But I will get back to running more soon I think. :)

My legs are in no way something that people would be jealous of lol. the muscle is a nice size, but theres absolutely no definition. They just look "fat" lol but yes, you guys are right. Nope. No bread, carrots, tomatoes. I buy some turkey meat with >1 gram of sugar, but thats about it. I love sweets unfortunately, but its addictive and not worth it.

Nothing is perfect... if 4 or 5 calories on each entry is going to get to you that badly, you may want to start putting your food in manually and using your own entries.

I don't consume anything with sugar.. Not even ketchup. No sugar....not even fruit. But whatever works for you! :D
