  • I go with the natural peanut butters. Sprouts or Henry's has them if you live in So Cal, but other natural markets will have them. A good brand is Laura Scudders, they only use peanuts and salt; no added sugar.
  • Don't worry so much about videos. Menshealth.com Has great circuit workouts, a lot of which only use a couple of dumbells. Try the Spartacus workout on their site, it is awesome and only takes about 40 minutes.
