That is exactly how I started. I couldn't run a full mile without stopping and getting winded now I am running 10 miles straight and doing my first half marathon in February. Just keep up the good work!

I thought the same thing, but I went out and bought a Heart Rate monitor watch that tells me how much I am burning and based off what the watch says I just tweek what I enter in the excersise log. The watch was less than 25.00 at Wal Mart.

Well I have a long term goal of loosing 25 lbs before August 31st and dropping at leat 4 pants sizes. I also have short term goals that are broken up unto weekly intervals.
