Tis a great feeling eh....way to go you xx0

Awesome!!! You should be super proud.
ps - Always make sure that you stretch VERY thoroughly afterwards (for at least 5 minutes). I've found that this really, really cuts down next-day-soreness.0 -

Keep up the great work! :glasses:0 -
That is exactly how I started. I couldn't run a full mile without stopping and getting winded now I am running 10 miles straight and doing my first half marathon in February. Just keep up the good work!0

I am sure I wont be able to walk tomorrow.lol. But right now i am feeling awesome.
If you're anything like me, I feel great the day after the run....it's 2 days after that I'm sore. I am up to 25 minutes at a time myself....so keep up the good work. It's taken me almost 3 weeks to be able to run that much at one time, but just taking the step is a feat for me.
Keep up the good work and you'll be running a 5K in no time. have you signed up for a race yet?0 -

Good job! I have incorporated jogging intervals into my walk. I managed two minutes jogging and two minutes of walking intervals for 26 minutes today. I was proud of myself but was complaining that I don't ever think I will be able to run a mile nonstop. My husband reminded me of how far I have come since starting and I just realized that is what I have to make my next goal. Again, great job!!
When I did my first week of C 2 5K I thought for sure that would be true but now I can run 4 miles- I started it 9 months ago and have run 2 races. I even had to take 6 weeks off because I had my arm in a cast. You can do it!!!0 -
Awesome!!! Keep it up!0
