Great job!! I love running! There will always be room to improve! That is what I love about running, if you feel you need to challenge yourself all you have to do is try to run faster or longer! I have been running now for 5 months and this week I got up to 3 miles with no stops!!! Yay. Keep doing it!0

Awesome!!! You should be super proud.
ps - Always make sure that you stretch VERY thoroughly afterwards (for at least 5 minutes). I've found that this really, really cuts down next-day-soreness.0 -

That is exactly how I started. I couldn't run a full mile without stopping and getting winded now I am running 10 miles straight and doing my first half marathon in February. Just keep up the good work!0

I am sure I wont be able to walk tomorrow.lol. But right now i am feeling awesome.
If you're anything like me, I feel great the day after the run....it's 2 days after that I'm sore. I am up to 25 minutes at a time myself....so keep up the good work. It's taken me almost 3 weeks to be able to run that much at one time, but just taking the step is a feat for me.
Keep up the good work and you'll be running a 5K in no time. have you signed up for a race yet?0
