I think if you want to do it, do it at your pace. You can either go cold turkey OR just start eliminating it meal by meal until you're comfortable. UGH!! Me and my sweets! I can never stay under 100 calories for them...NEVER! But it is helping me to not go overboard so I am aiming for no more than 100 but if I do 200-300 I'm not gonna have a baby...because I was easily doing 500-600...lol! It has cured my nightly ice cream habit!

This is so old school but it helps me so much...I drink 8-16 oz of water first when I have a craving. It gets me full and I realize I am not AS hungry as I thought I was! And if I still want something after guzzling...well I may indulge a TAD and that's it...more water afterwards.
