Full Throttle Energy Drinks (220 cal) -> Monster Rehab (25 cal)

At the moment? Afghanistan.

I weigh myself once a week, on Sunday, in the morning. Simplifies things and keeps me from obsessing over my weight.

Chips for me, not so much. Cheez-Its, however, are a little more of a problem. My solution is the small bag trick. Okay, being deployed helps when it's more difficult to get them. LOL

Mary Ann, easy call.

I'm 6' myself, but I'm an odd one as I'm not the biggest fan of heels. Boots/Ropers on the other hand.... But overall, I wouldn't care if I was with a woman who was taller than me either with or without heels.

Turn it into a game for yourself. Don't let yourself lose. Sometimes, your competitive streak will come out and you won't let yourself lose.

I'd say eat them back, or at least half of it. If you lose weight, awesome! If you don't, stop eating them back. If you lose weight, awesome! If you don't, go back and ensure that you are accurately measuring your caloirc intake, you're probably underestimating calories at that point.

The creators of utensils. Obviously, if they didn't exist, I wouldn't be able to eat as much, right?

Whatever the Army tells me to do (not what I'm trained for, usually Ha!)

Congrats and welcome to this side of 200 lbs! I broke the barrier about a month to month and a half ago, first time since I was in 8th grade.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): It's worth the effort, annoying as it can be, to count calories or at least be very aware of your caloric intake. It gets rather annoying to count calories. REALLY annoying. However, I like being lighter and now at a weight I haven't seen since middle school (20 years ago, kind of time-frame…

My wife and I absolutely love our CamelBak Quick Grips. http://shop.camelbak.com/quick-grip/d/1001_c_130_cl_138 We also have CamelBak Venture (for me) - I like it a lot and it's great for carrying a lot of water, just strap it on tight. I think I prefer it for riding bikes vs running, though.…

I was going to suggest Victoria's Secret's sports bras, because the ones that we've gotten my wife are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, as someone mentioned, I guess they don't go that big. :/
-
I like to eat it with some fruit or some jam.

42 mph so far going downhill in a 35 zone. Hahaha. Lots of fun.
-
I just stay away from overly caloric foods, honestly. But that's because I'd rather eat more low cal foods (lots of veggies, etc) than only so much of the heavier items.
-
Butter. Bacon is a seasoning, btw, not a meat. Just so you know.

It's very difficult for me to measure anything out here on my deployment. That being said, I am slowly gathering things to properly weight/volume count my food. Right now, I'm going off of educated guestimates. Sometime I think that I over estimate and other times I under estimate. Still, I'm dropping weight (haven't been…

Agree with them that they're fat. And then tell them "I'm glad that you finally admit it." And then hand them some candy and mutter under your breath, "Tubby".
-
Yay, overall. I'm not a fan of all tattoos, but I like them in general.
-
One of my absolute favorite food is spaghetti with meatballs. /sigh Why does it have to be so high in calories? /cry

I know that my wife isn't fond of hers (okay, hates them), but I like her tiger stripes. Every time that I see them, I don't see ugly; I am reminded of the amazing daughters that she gave birth to.
-
I've not done that one, but I've done a mud run. It's lots of fun!

I used to all the time. After people got used to the "new" me, they stopped asking. I've stalled for a while and need to get back on the wagon, so I'm sure I'll hear it again. Ha! You get used to it and as long as your goal weight is a healthy weight (not lower than the BMI's lowest list), ignore them.

Nope. No real change in size at all. Still 12W (or 12EEE), 44 in Vibram Five Finger Shoes, or 10 Wide in Combat Boots. I have no idea why the sizes in civilian foot wear is different than my Combat Boots.

There are none! Pho Thai is the soup of the Gods! Nom nom nom... Or at least, that's what I tell myself. *nod* My wife prefers the bun bowls, though.

A Vanilla Stinger Waffle, a 12 oz Coke Zero, and I'm working on a Monster Rehab (Lemonade). Yup, breakfast of champions. Gotta get that caffeine flowing. Damned blood getting in the way of my caffeine stream. ;)

Sounds wonderful. /nomnomnom

Nope. I've had a couple of times I couldn't, but that happens to every guy, I do believe.
