Why in the world are Cheez-Its so tasty?
Seriously, world, why? I have such a hard time not devouring everyone that I see. It's also why I purchase smaller bags/boxes of Cheez-Its. Why? Because my serving size is usually the size of the container. o:) Anyone else suffer from this insufferable desire?

MyFitnessPal vs Garmin (Forerunner 305 specifically)
Okay, so I rode around 22.5 miles today on my bike. Averaged around 15.3 mph so it fits in the Bicycling, 14-16 mph, vigorous category. So I put in my times and out spits 1340 on myfitnesspal... Ever had a time you didn't recognize yourself in the mirror?
Yeah, that happened to me. Dropping lots of weight, being on vacation, and then growing a beard/facial hair really does change how you look! Ha! That was funny to see. Anyone else ever did that (the not recognizing yourself in the mirror thing)?

Non-Scale Victory - Clothes Again???!!!?!
Okay... I get it. You lose weight. You lose inches. Things that used to fit or be tight are, well, freakin' tents. My wife and I cleaned out our closet yesterday and donated the clothes to Goodwill. That's a lot of clothes and now we're really down to not too many clothes that fit left!
