MyFitnessPal vs Garmin (Forerunner 305 specifically)

Okay, so I rode around 22.5 miles today on my bike. Averaged around 15.3 mph so it fits in the Bicycling, 14-16 mph, vigorous category.
So I put in my times and out spits 1340 on myfitnesspal... My Garmin with the heart monitor (and asked for the bike's weight too) showed 1731. What's up with the 391 calorie burned difference?
Is my Garmin more accurate?

I would split the difference between the 2 but I would tend to believe the Garmin to me more correct than MFP. Reason being the Garmin was actually recording your effort, elevation changes, pace changes, etc.0
