When do you weigh yourself... I'm scale obsessed now!

Every morning, naked and after clearing bowels. I keep track on the numbers every day, whether 1 go up or down. After a while I can somewhat predict or expect what the scale would tell me ... TOM, high sodium the day before etc. So it's up to you on the purpose of stepping onto the scale. For me, I want to know the everyday fluctuations and try to address these changes, especially if the trend shows upwards.0

I weigh myself once a week, on Sunday, in the morning. Simplifies things and keeps me from obsessing over my weight.0

I used to weigh myself everyday!!! But I realized how bad it made me feel (honestly, I think I was bordering bulimic that time) and stuck to doing it every 3 days when I wake up or before I had my first meal of the day. Also helped me properly track when my period would come as there's really a weight gain then loss cycle going on.0

I weigh every Monday. But it was my TOM last week, so not a good weigh in on Monday.
I was up 4lbs - But I know its not fat and water weight.
I think once a week is enough, same time, same day0
