You need to give your muscles time to rest, so just once a day for the dvd. If you're not feeling the burn, you may need to up your weights a little. I too dislike water, I only drink it when I'm working out. I'm a true COKE fan- no diet drinks for this gal. We also drink alot of sweet tea- the good o' southern thirst quencher...
