No, you are not. I think exercise makes you retain water for muscle repair.

I don't think you need to push 'plain' water. Just push fluids. Even milk is 90 % water. The less sugar that's in your water the better though. Such as soda and other sweet drinks. I drink iced green tea through out the day with some Truvia.

Well, I don't want to nitpick you too much. Some better choices are obvious. Just looking at Thursday, you are within your goals for the most part. Maybe make brownies from scratch. just remove egg yolks, and sub stevia for sugar. haven't tried this yet. Baking from scratch is a chore.

I deal with it too. People laugh when I tell them I am trying to watch my figure/lose weight. Because i'm so tall and skinny. The problem is i'm skinny fat and want to lose the spare tire.
