I do Leslie Sansone DVD's..She is not hardcore & I can move at my own pace plus stop when I need to..I have a bad hip,knees & ankles

I think everyone is..Scared that you will set goals but never reach them, tell fam/friends that you are making a change & not doing it in the amount of time they seem to think.

I am trying to stay away from Pop all together (diet or regular) but sometimes it is nice to have something to drink other than Water!

1st goal weight i'm 21 pounds away from reaching but my main goal is another 30 pounds after I loose the last 21!!

As long as your happy & not looseing it the wrong way then keep up the good work!! Everyone will have an opinion whether positive or negative..Congrats on how far you've gotten :smile:

Once I reach my first goal (only 30 pounds to go) I plan on getting a manicure & pedicure.. My main goal I plan on buying myself a closet full of new clothes.

If I was you i'd give it a try. Just don't be intimate with her until she is 18!! You never know she might be just what your looking for :happy:

I am 4'8 and I want to loose 56 lbs. as my first goal and at least 30 more as a second goal..By the end I would like to be at least 120... When I hit my first goal (only 26 lbs to go) I plan on getting a manicure as well as a pedicure as a reward for myself but once I hit my goal I plan on buying a new warbdrobe.

I just watch my calorie intake & forget the rest. Since they've added new stuff on here all it did was stress me out so I decided to stick to just my calories.

I eat 1200 calories but here lately I find that I don't eat all 1200..Somedays I will still have anywhere from 200-300 calories left (sometimes it will be those from exercising)..Once I hit my goal I plan on sticking with the 1200.

I'm to afraid to do a "cheat day or meal"..It worries me that if I slack down just that once that it will be a constant thing for me,then i'll gain all my weight & some back.

Hello!! 24/Female 4'8 HW=206 CW=184 GW=115-120 I'd like to be at least 156 by the end of Summer & hit my goal weight by the end of Winter.

I am 24 & a female..I have tried diets in the past & got great results but never could keep it up..I'm about 70 days into MFP & so far i'm down 22 pounds.

I have a relative that has said more then once "Crystal is a pretty girl but she just needs to loose some weight.' It makes u wan't to tell them especially when there not slim thereselves "You got a right to talk."...I don't think of it as a compliment not after they discuss my weight!!

I was born with AMC & my family was told that no matter how much exercise I did it would never be enough to keep the weight off because I am limited in my mobility. So I was never much active in my younger years but here I am 22 pounds lighter in a two month period!!!
