MFP estimation

Hey guys! I was just wondering how accurate you thought the MFP weight estimation was. Whenever I finish my diary even if I hit exactly what my goals for the day was it always predicts such a small amount of weight lost in 5 weeks(eg I weight 137 and it says in 5 weeks you will weight 136.5)? Why is this? I've lost about 11 lbs in the past 2 months so I'm starting to think it's not very accurate. What is your opinion on this?

The five week projection has never been accurate for me.

It has always said that I'll lose more then I actually do.

In your case, it looks like its the opposite.

I don't know your height so forgive me if I'm way off base but 11 pounds in 2 months may be too aggressive at 137 lbs. ( like I said, I don't know your height. I'm 5'8-135 and pretty lean )

It just extrapolates todays numbers for 35 days. No magic just math! If you ate 100 calories different high or low it's a pound in 5 weeks. I never eat exactly the same for 35 days.

I've never had it been accurate.
