i really don't drink anything else except maybe 1 diet coke with dinner. and that's only if i've had 8 cups of water for the day.

my day starts around 6am. i drink a 16oz bottle with breakfast (that's 2 cups). then, throughout the day, i drink 2 bottles of glaceau (4 cups each). so, by the end of the day, i've had a atleast 10 cups.

are you talking about jog tracker? personally, i like zombie! run. it's an app similar to what you describe. but on the map, there are zombies chasing you. yes, i am a dork. but this helps me keep my pace when jogging. and i'll take any form of motivation i can get.

i'm in a similar situation. i work in a warehouse stacking tires, and etc.. i my setting is postman, since i deliver the tires somedays and only stack them others. my wife on the other hand, changes her setting on a day to day basis. she works at the local blood bank. on the days she drives to the location she sets it one…

the only thing i can tell you is that every person i know that tried it, quit within 1 month...

crystal lite mixes with a bottle of water is good. usually about 5 calories. yogurt or a granola bar works also. they're about 80 to 100 calories...

i think that the law says all food & drink products have to be 100% accurate on all nutrition labels. also, i drink it as well.

i'd say no. sounds like you could do more harm than good working out while ill...

i'd say same time and day once a week, every week. i have no medical backing on that. but, it works best for me.

not officially diagnosed. but in 2002 i worked for a vending company that allowed us to eat whatever whenever. i went from 225 to 325 in about 8 months. i ate even if i wasn't hungry. it wasn't until i left that job that i realized what happened to me.

good luck. i suggest linking your mfp account to facebook (if you have one), it helps me stay honest. it posts all my info to facebook for all my friends and family to see.

i agree with katie. if you have a wii, anything on that burns calories. house cleaning burns waaaaay more than you might think it does....
