Came down with a cold over the weekdend for the first time since running in october, am I supposed to run with it? Next run scheduled tuesday night...?

i'd say no. sounds like you could do more harm than good working out while ill...0

You need to listen to your body. If you feel that your body has the energy to do it, I would certainly get out there and try and see how your body handles it.0

The general rule is that if your symptoms are below the neck, you should rest rather than work out. So if you have a lot of chest congestion, it might not be such a good idea to run.0

id say no. your body needs that extra energy to help fight off that cold or whatever you might have...everyone im sure has their own opinions though0

It depends, of course. The general official advice is no. However, I usually feel much better after working out or running when I'm sick. YMMV. If you start to struggle, stop at once.0

My body just feels a little under the weather...I dont get colds often...My mind is over-active and could potentially convince myself I could handle it...wont really know if I do myself any harm until I got back knowing me!
