My two lower ones are impacted under the gums and my upper one's is erupted, I had all removed at the same time 7 yrs ago. It was a few days before I felt like myself. Good luck

Well I'll be using the weekend to try and catch up. Work has been crazy busy and next week will be just as bad. I'm going to move my rest days to the middle of the week. Hope everyone is doing well.

I am still here, just a day behind. been crazy busy at work and found last week that it was easier for me to do my dbl on Saturday since I work Mon-Fri. Almost half way through our program.

I will be starting week 5 tomorrow and I love it. This is my first beachbody product. I think it's worth the money. I have lost 5 lbs and over 7 inches in 4 weeks. I think upping your calories is good. IMO I do think tdee -25 is too aggressive for ur height and current weight. I have seen advice that when upping ur calories to do it 200 cal at a time upping every week or so. Good luck to you and congrt S on the weightloss.

Knees hurt today, not sure what I did, but cardio is done modified everything since the knees were irritated. Hopefully some rest will help

I had the same thing happen when I ha ice cream. For the last year I have made my own ice cream and when I tried store bought it was way too sweet.

I purchased a Fitbit in June, and shortly thereafter a HRM I love them both. My hrm is for workouts, I use my Fitbit for my activity throughout the day. It's a personal choice, but for me it was the best choice ever, I went from 2-3k steps to averaging over 10k a day. I love competing with others on the weekly step count.…

Cardio done this morning along with a little Zumba

I'm on week 3 and I still can't do the pivot lunges. I, so uncoordinated. But I still push through. It hurts my legs to do a lot of the jumping so I modify there and have been getting to we're I can do about half of the moves without modifying. I'm hoping as I lose weight I can do more high impact moves.

I had mine set at 1200 when I began b/c I chose 2lb loss and I have found that I do better with 1-1.5 lb loss. Are you eating back your exercise calories? Speed 1.0 done today, my favorite. I really pushed it yesterday with TBC b/c my gluts and hamstrings are a bit sore today and lower body is tomorrow. Hope everyone has/had a great workout.

lee thank you for the explanation. I was getting the differing BMR and TDEE depending on the site I used and it never occurred to me to use them all and get an average.
