I second alternating. When I transitioned to zero drops I did have some achilles issues, but they did finally ease up. I started at 178 in late March, I just hit 158. My goal is 145, but I may stop at 150, I'm feeling pretty good at my current weight. I have no pictures unfortunately, I have steered clear of the camera!

YES! Since I've been lifting/strength training I have had so much improvement in my running. Never thought it would be the difference in my runs, but it sure seems to be.

I just tried the Fage 0% and IMO it is head and shoulders above any of the others I've had including chobani and oikos. It's smooth, it doesn't taste bitter. I am not a fan of really really sweet stuff though, so take that with a grain of salt (or sugar lol). I eat the plain Fage 0% with two spoons of UDI's…
