Question
So this may be a silly one but, here goes. I just started two weeks ago on SL. My gym does not seem to have 2.5lb plates so that I can add my 5 lbs evenly on the bar. Suggestions? What I did was squatted just the bar for the first two times, then added 10 lbs, but not sure I can keep adding 10 lbs every other time. If I…
