  • C25K is a great way to accomplish this goal. I ran my first 5K on July 12th. 38:24....then started using c25K and now I'm doing the 5K while training in 31:00. Its a great program and will help you reach your goals. Remember they are your goals! Keep up the good work!

  • I've always been told to walk further and run from weights. Weights on the ankles especially can cause problems on the joints. I think if you would walk an extra mile or try to increase your speed you would see better results.

  • Reporting in: 2 miles jogged in a.m. 100 jumping jacks, 50 mountain climbers, another mile walked, 50 toe touches, 50 minutes on the exercise bike, 35 minutes of P90, 50 of those darn burpees/ up and downs.
