I've done it twice. You will love it. When you get to those harder weeks push push push yourself. You are much stronger than your body will allow you to believe! I was surprised when I ran that first 25 minutes straight. Wow What a great feeling that was!

For me it will be but don't let that overwhelm you if its too much. I've lost almost 200lbs and have been training for quite a while. Do what you can do! That's all its about!

I think you make a great point. The old scale can fluctuate so much do to water weight, increased muscle and well maybe you need mother nature to kick in some help. With that said I've always felt that pants fresh from the dryer don't lie! So I will let them be my judge even though I weigh daily to keep things in check.
