I love both but only own cats because we travel a lot and we can leave our 2 cats alone for up to a week. Dogs....not so much and then there are the boarding fees. So, I love other people's dogs....

Eat REAL food!!!! Hard boiled eggs, apple, banana, almonds, orange, grapes, blueberries, grape tomatoes, cauliflower. Stay away from processed food whenever possible

Sounds to me like you are 'Skinny Fat' which means you are skinny but don't have any muscle tone to you. Throw away the scale and start lifting weights.

Why isn't snacks Paleo if they are grapes tomatoes, cauliflower, almonds, etc? The protein that I currently take is SFH which is derived from grass fed beef. Cavemen may not have taken it but as far as protein goes, I'm gonna stick with it,

THIS. Also, the increase in fat intake and a reduction in carbs will train your body to start burning fat for fuel which is more efficient & will start using the fat in your body as fuel as well.

You can get more nutrients from the label on the can than you do from the canned fruit. If you dont do fresh, then do frozen.

Sounds like ketosis. Your body is 'looking' for carbs to burn for fuel and not finding any right now but give it time, it will adjust to using the fat in your diet and in your body for fuel instead. I feed 6 and I budget $200/week in groceries and we can eat really well on that. Most weeks I am way under. Some weeks I go $50 or so over but then I find I have some food that carries over into the next week. We buy a lot of fresh produce and we buy our meat at a local meat market.

Stay away from chemically engineered foods. None of them are 'healthy'. Everything 'Sugar Free' and 'Low Fat' has WAY more chemicals and sodium then the regular. Want healthy food? Stick with foods that do not have an ingredient list. If you must (which we all do) then choose the food with the LEAST amount of ingredients…
