Increase your calories. Also know that 1#/week is a healthy weight loss amount. Those first 5 # was sureprobably water retention.

I would not be worrying about your exact BF% right now. Usually it is more important for people who are body building and are trying to increase their muscle mass and decrease their BF% where weight really is not a good measurement anymore. Right now I would focus on your weight.

Or make eggs for dinner. We keep bacon, peppers, mushrooms and red onions chopped up to toss in with our eggs in the morning for a quick breakfast.

Grab a rotisserie chicken, a couple of sweet potatoes and a bag of frozen veggies when in a pinch. The sweet potato can be baked in the microwave for a couple of minutes as well as the veggies and you can have a meal in less than 5 minutes.

The only calorie free drink you should be drinking in water. All those chemicals in diet soda & other no calorie/low calorie drinks is HORRIBLE!!!! IMO

I had both of my daughter's ears pierced at a young age and I would not recommend it. It is cute but most young babies tug on them, lose them while taking a nap, etc. I would wait until she was at least 5 or 6 years old IMO
