I have one that measures BF% and hyrdration and I am fairly certain the % are WAY off. It has me at 33% BF which is CRAP. I would just stick to a standard scale. IMO

Happy Dance! I am 'Mistake Free'. LOL!!! I do eat Almonds every day but ONLY 1 OZ / day and I do weigh my almonds so I would say that I am doing pretty good. Thanks for sharing!

It is uncomfortable during most WOD's so I quit wearing it. I plan on wearing it a couple of times this month just to check to see if I am way off but I feel comfortable with my estimates.

I created my own exercised named 'CrossFit'. I wore a HRM a couple of times and estimate that I burn 350 calories in that hour. I know that some days are I am probably over calculating but most days I am under calculating.

I did not used to eat breakfast but now I wake up HUNGRY!!!!!

Try a banana or apple with some cinnamon and a little honey. I also found that cherry tomatoes helped satisfy my cravings as well as some fresh pineapple. I am only day 7 and last night I also made Paleo Pumpkin Cookies. I think it will get easier...I hope it will get easier...

Seriously? You either find time or find excuses..... I personally am avoiding chemically engineered food of all sorts and cutting up veggies do not take that long.

I do CrossFit and I just entered it as a workout. I wore an HRM several times and I averaged out to about 350 calories & that is what I log every time. I know that some days I am really low and some days I am really high but I am not at a point in my fitness / weight loss that I am going to focus on getting every calorie…

AGREED!!!! When I step into the box, I look at the board to see what I should shoot for as a goal in reps, time, weight, etc but I know that in a lot of ways I cannot compete with the 17 yr old soccer star or the 200# women of my height in weight.
