Legs are ALWAYS 'tired'
My legs seem to be always tired. Walking up the steps is difficult at times. DARN YOU BUTTERFLY PULL UPS!!1!
Strung 3 Butterfly Pull ups in a row today.... on the 3rd I heard a POP and now my left shoulder feels weak and is somewhat painful depending on how I move it. I am going to pray that it is not what I am afraid it is: a Labral Bankart Tear but based on where it is located and how it feels I am afraid it is. :brokenheart:

Don't eat until hungry?
So I read that with Paleo you should not eat unless you were hungry. Is this true? I feel if I waited to eat until I was hungry, I would have a problem getting in enough calories/day. I currently eat 3 meals and 2 snacks/day and a protein shake after an evening workout if applicable. I'd be willing to try this approach but…
