I split my shirt...

I've recently been adding more heavy weights with doing CrossFit 3x/week and really pushing myself…
Wednesday night was max night: Back Squat: 165 lbs, Shoulder Press: 80 lbs and Dead Lift: 205 lbs. (I am 5’ 5” Tall, 145 lbs)
I have only done max Dead Lift in the past and it was 175 lbs so I increased it by 30 lbs in about 2 months.
I know that my back and shoulders are getting more muscular but I did not think it was THAT much.
This morning I put on my shirt, bent down & rounded my back to put on my boots and split the back of my shirt along the seam. Totally felt like the Incredible Hulk (it was even a green shirt) for a moment.
I think it might be time to increase the cardio, maybe implement CLA supplements again & really clean up my diet….
I do not have the money to go replacing my shirts that I split up the back
Any other suggestions???
