I eat a 1/2 a cup of Kashi cereal w/ half a cup skim milk with a banana either cut up and added to the cereal or the banana on the side. It fills me up for a few hours at the least. I also drink some coffee too.

I was on Weight Watchers back in 2005-2006 and lost 120lbs. It is a great plan, but I agree with most others here that with MFP you can do the same thing and for free.

I have been reading Dr. Oz's book "You on a diet" which I have found very helpful. I have a gym membership and am making it a goal to go reguarly. I know what I need to do, it is just a matter of doing it and not letting my emotions stand in my way or be my excuse any longer. What is Turbofire? I have never heard of that.
