It is scary at first but you will get used to it. Just eat healthy calories! I hit a plateau and in order to get more calories I ate more healthy fats such as peanut butter, almonds, etc. my body responded to that better and I lost. Don't know if it was the extra calories or the healthy fats but it worked.

Your net calories (on your home page) should never be less than 1200. So yes you should eat your exercise calories.

Just got back today myself from being in a hotel for 2 nights.
