LOL the sugar's the best bit! *tsk - making the rest of us look bad* :ohwell:  Ooh have only just realised that quark and fromage frais are essentially the same thing (could have guessed from the name) - but the quark I get is much more solid and like Philidelphia and fromage frais is more like greek yoghurt…

Definitely a UK obsession! I like Tesco's Light Choices Normandy Fromage Frais but Sainsburys also do a really nice one. And it's in a big pot! Have also started getting into quark though for cooking with. Loads of protein!

Agree agree agree And I also enjoy a nice cup of tea on a regular basis. Same difference as drinking water, no?

I've just done day 2 of level 1 and I'm twice your age! And haven't exercised in 10 years. I do it in the front room of my tiny cottage with my 4 year old daughter trying to join in (and shouts "this is really easy mummy"). Have to lie down diagonally to do abs bit. It's not easy but anything that is worthwhile doing is…

This. Challenge that b*tch to a duel. Then log it.

I was 35 when I had my daughter (now 4). They tried to call me a "geriatric" mum (I'm in the UK)! And to acstansell - I've only got one and only going to have one. It works for us and she's a happy, healthy little girl with lots of attention (and even more playdates!) But don't leave it too long!

oops I read that as "do you guys soak your nuts?".

Couldn't you just save some calories for after dinner?

Definitely get a job specification before you go to the interview so you can tell them how you fit. You can also give examples of the skills they are looking for. Do a little research on the company so you can talk about what you like about the company, why your work ethic fits in with theirs, what achievements you admire.…

They have adults in the 5th grade?

I actually agree with this comment and no thanks, OP, I don't need a PM. drop_it was just picking up on some strange wording that you've used and it's exactly what I picked up on as well. It's great to have a list of ideas of things to eat when you've only got 50 or 100 calories left for the day. But it's not cool when you…

36 Did surprisingly well on the erectile dysfunction test though for a woman

Jees maybe you could try a little sensitivity on the subject yourself rather than attacking someone who's asking for help and is obviously upset. Didn't yo momma tell you that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all? You don't actually appear to have read the OP's post. Or if you did, you took from it…

This is what has stuck with me. I had a fiance like that and he was a bully too. I was constantly scared of how he would react to my every move and did everything I could to try to change myself to please him. It made me so unhappy. Whether he fancies you or not I don't think it's the issue. It was about him having power…

All the killjoys that say give it up! If this change is for good then I don't think there's a good reason to give it up - just change what you're drinking. I've found that white spirits and a diet mixer are best way to keep the calories down. So vodka or gin with diet drinks or soda water. A wine spritzer also lasts longer…

Bump for later!

LOL you're so high maintenance!

Agreed! Easter chocolate is the best chocolate there is!
