Use your finger to get the last little bit out. If you like it that much, you'll find a way.

Get a muscle wasting disease? Or why not be fit, strong and healthy looking instead?

This is what I'm taking away from your very impressive NSV post - that's really inspiring! Congratulations!

Do you pour the evaporated milk on top? I get 275 calories just from the oats (50g), skimmed milk and a teaspoon of sugar so I must be miscalculating if you can get evaporated milk as well for an extra 15 calories!
-
Same every day - cooked with skimmed milk with some dark brown sugar on top. Don't like the taste when just cooked with water and the milk gives me GOODNESS. nom nom want some more now but a litte salt in at the end instead of sugar on the top is actually really delicious!

Yes yes agreed. I have a piece of fruit and a mini babybel light. Not much more than 100 calories. A one year old will be fine for a few minutes in a high chair with some fruit to squidge or cheerios to eat while you make your breakfast. Just because she wants to sit on your lap doesn't mean you have to give in every time…

All I'm saying is that it's easy to say, less easy to do.
-
Wish it really was that simple!

Such a fussy eater. I'd eat all of those with a smile on my face! Nom nom nom

Definitely oily fish and lots of eggs... happy and very healthy little baby :flowerforyou:

You say "been eating 1800 as my maintenance" - do you mean that 1800 is your TDEE or your TDEE-20%?
-
I think it sounds beautiful! I've had some grey hair (and definitely grey) since I was 25 (almost 15 years ago) and I get more and more every year. But they don't look nice and are coarse and wiry. So I dye my hair and it looks pretty rubbish! But I'd be very happy to be like you if my hair was soft and white rather than…
-
So I'm assuming (or you are) that 1000 calories is her TDEE?
-
Can I just point out that you are not doing the 5:2 diet as it was designed to be followed? The calorie deficit in the 5:2 diet comes from the days when you eat 500 calories a day. Why on earth would a "feast" day be only 1000 calories?! You should be eating your TDEE on those days if you are doing it to lose weight.…

I'd really like to see an example too! I never get to read any of the good stuff  I wonder if others see it as mean and they are over sensitive.
-
Anything that costs a lot and/or sounds too good to be true are the best IMO. Or try the "self-cleaning oven" diet like someone else suggested.
-
So true.

Hang on. Alli is a "watered down" version of Orlistat that you get on prescription so its effects will be less. It's designed so that you excrete some of the fat that you ingest. So if you know what you are getting into that's fine, but you will have very oily poos. No way around it. But remember that you need fat for your…

LOL so true. And logging driving their car. And reading.

Throw them away. Or keep them, use them, wear brown pants at all times and enjoy the explosive diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Would suggest eating more calories. Lots of people on here have reported breaking a plateau by eating their TDEE for a couple of weeks then going back onto TDEE-20%. I would imagine that 1200…

^^This. Full of goodness.

I've read that lots of people on here have used eating at maintenance calories (TDEE) for a couple of weeks can be very useful to break a plateau. But if you're really active and only eating 1200 calories - are you sure you're eating enough?
-
No I think Whierd is right. I saw Bombay mix for breakfast. Eating under calorie goal every day. Doesn't look like there's an effort to hit macros. You need to log EVERYTHING, try to eat your calorie goal everyday and eat more protein IMO. This won't work if you don't make it work.

Really sorry to hear you're having a nightmare. I had a myometomy 6 years ago to remove a 10cm x 8cm fibroid attached to the outside of my uterus. I have a scar similar to a cesarean scar. I had some implant under my skin to reduce the blood flow to it for a few months first which shrank it a little and made sure I didn't…

My mother-in-law just came back from a 5 week caribbean cruise (!) and was delighted at how she'd lost weight. There's loads of healthy choices and lots of exercise and dancing classes to go to. It's all about choosing the right things - but make sure you still have the best time ever!!!!
-
Just break up. Seriously.
-
Thanks, but does it fit my macros?

They used to sell them in the UK but don't think they do anymore. You are missing nothing - they are DISGUSTING! Retangular pre-baked pastry with a sweet filling that you put in the toaster. The filling used to be as hot as lava and burn my tongue! You Italians really know how to eat well - I think you might be…

You are awesome!:flowerforyou:

You've got a cleaning girl?! I'd wait till tomorrow too.
