I'm dumping you too

Blimey, you're rude. Maybe everyone on the internet should end what they post with "in my opinion". Would that satisfy you? I was a teenage girl once and IN MY OPINION the OP did exactly the right thing. No need to get your knickers in a twist.
-
Say what? Breaking down as tree is cleaning?! You have a tree in your house? I think what the OP (and many many others) have been trying to say is that you got fat when you did cleaning, continuing to do cleaning is not what is going to make you lose weight. I think some people just need to get real and I, for one, am not…

Seconded.

39 and 3/4 and this is surely the most interesting thread I've ever participated in:flowerforyou:

IMO you should think more about getting enough fluids and nutrients when you're breastfeeding. If you don't go crazy with your food and think about what you're eating as nutrition for your little one then (in my experience) tend to eat more healthily anyway. Most midwives told me to listen to my body and if i'm hungry,…

There seems to be a lot of people who spring clean their houses A LOT. Am I just a slob? Oh, and yes, the people who log every tiny detail of their lives annoy me too. How long does it have to annoy me for for me to log it? Surely all the extra adrenaline I'm producing must be worth something. Or a biscuit.

Urgh wrong in so many ways!
-
LOL One of my husband's MFP friends logged reading as exercise! Imagine they will be taking a long time to reach their goal....
-
Oooh you're good.

A piece of paper. Gonna papercut that zombie bad

I got 8 out of 10 and, better yet, they said I was going to live forever! Thanks!
-
Ooh ooh this this! ^^^ Sorry - didn't see it before I posted.
-
IMO I would say try TDEE - 20% (1812 calories) and see how you get on for 4-6 weeks. If the OP only has 20lbs or so to lose you don't want to try to take it all off too quickly! She's going to be exercising hard; lots of fuel needed!!!!!!
-
This is just getting funny! If you've got such great willpower, how'd you put on so much weight? I put on weight because I lack the willpower to say no to temptation! You appear to be digging a verrrryyy big hole for yourself. People on here are trying to HELP you. That's why you posted - right?
-
Hey! Good luck with your weight loss - looks like you have been doing an AWESOME job! I have previously lost about 50lbs and (yes, I'm hijacking your thread, sorry) I'm only 5'10" and currently 165lbs and only want to get to 159lbs (ish!). I guess everyone feels healthy and happy at different weights. I don't think it…

Ha ha! Get a grip of yourself!

I'd quite like some more friends that question me on what I'm doing and pull me up where they think I might be going wrong. It's great to have cheerleaders but sometimes it feels like it's not enough (I'm gonna get deleted big time for this!). I try to help my friends on here (sometimes if they like it or not!) just like I…

Anyone else seeing Ryan Reynolds in that "after" picture? What an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!

^^This! LOL nice post!

very short, small, elderly female - errr, no. This is not correct. *SIGH* use www.fat2fitradio.com/tools or http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ to do your basic calculations. Find your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and TDEE (total daily energy expenditure (based on your activity level)). Eat somewhere in between…

Obviously if it's in the DM then it must be true - it's like a scientific journal o_O But not denying that butter is better for you than margarine (although in the UK there is nothing which is actually called margarine anymore).

I googled for you! Order low-fat appetizers such as fresh Thai summer rolls. Summer rolls are made with fresh, crispy ingredients such as cucumber, lettuce and herbs, and steamed in rice wrappers, rather than fried. Thai restaurants serve "satay" meats, meat grilled without oil, which can be accompanied by sweet or spicy…

Sounds like a diet "doctor" to me Very sound advice on eating between BMR and TDEE. Do that.
-
How could you DO this to me?! Going to try to pretend I've not seen it
-
You don't seem to log every day and your calorie goal seems very low. Your heart (and actions!) have to be really in it if you want to see results! Try looking at: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I feel this is on a similar theme to your topic: Shakeology - no. You so crazy trying to shake things up a little
-
Just cook it with MILK instead of water! Makes all the difference and you get nutrients from the milk too - BONUS:drinker:
-
Add me too! As you as you don't mind me questioning as well as championing! I love the pic of your cute pg belly!

Cinnamon is nice. I make porridge with just skimmed milk and sometimes have a banana sliced on top and a bit of dark brown sugar. Isn't Oats So Simple just porridge oats in packets? Much much cheaper to buy a "normal" bag/box of oats and weigh them yourself (I digress..)
