Try yoga to lengthen out the muscles (think dancer, not body builder)

For me, I'm not in much pain, I'm just concerned about the blistering! :(

Bump. I'm in a similar situation myself (sunburnt and supposed to try Bikram for the first time tomorrow) man, wouldn't it be awesome if anyone responded with something other than bump! hahahaha

I'm 3 lbs from my (original; reconsidering) goal and it's happening right now. Anyone who can figure out a way to kick my *kitten* into putting the fork down and picking the weights up, please do so! For me its when I start feeling like I'm doing really well (and therefore have some room to slack). And/or when something…

I agree with those that don't take issue with the letter. I'm not going to kid myself and say their stuff is healthy, but they are under no obligation to reveal the information. Their letter was perfectly courteous--I mean, they didn't have to respond at all. If you are that desperate to eat somewhere with posted…

OMG bump. I would HAPPILY live on mac and cheese (how I got to needing this site in the first place LOL) forever. I can't get enough of it!!!! I mean, I make an AMAZING mac and cheese, but it's certainly not low-cal. And the 'diet' stuff is pretty weak (lean cuisine, I'm looking at you!). I would love a relatively healthy…

Maybe water with a little lemon? Or check Vitamin Water zero--I think the sweeteners are all natural, and it's calorie free (I like the lemonade flavor but others are good as well)

Wear it (but suck it in). If I feel comfortable in it, who cares about anyone else? Besides, I'm not the best looking/figured person, but there will always be someone less fortunate looking than me rocking something much smaller, so, if they can do it so can I.

No clue as to your current shape, but your body has to work harder to move 300 lbs than 100 lbs. That's all it is.

Honestly, disagree. Now, I'm not saying that stuffing your face with everything in the fridge is ok (the way I have been doing lately...ugh). But, it's ok to indulge now and again. It's ok to go over now and again. It's, as was said, a lifestyle change, and attempting to adhere to that rigid a lifestyle without the ability…

Oh man, dusting off the quote books (collections of quotes I've written down cause I've found ones I've liked). "Opportunity always involves some risk. You can't steal second and keep your foot on first" "For every winner, there is a loser. And they didn't need to lose. They just didn't understand the game" "I'm thought…

Men shouldn't wear skinny jeans ever. But good job. For those who hate men in skinny jeans (and all that stands for): http://unhappyhipsters.com/

I love my travel-sized friends :)

According to my HRM, around 300/1.5 miles (10-12 min mile). Either my HRM is way off or I'm WAY out of shape. EEK!

Our was always "punch buggy <color>, no punches back!". Long trips my family would throw down--by the end we looked like we had all fallen down a flight of stairs!

If your profile pic is of you I'd say hells yeah!

Hmmm. It's telling me my happy weight is 135 (where I am), but my goal is 130. And while I'm way happier, I'm not quite happy yet (I say, sipping my wine self-satisfiedly). Lol, maybe I should change my goal.

Oh man! I forgot about homemade mac and cheese! I make an amazing one of those too! (around $40, cause I use good cheese, but OMG so good!!!!!). This may be my favoritest thing ever!!!!!

1 c. flour 1/4 lb. butter 3/4 - 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, at room temp. (I like cracker barrel xtra sharp cheddar and xtra sharp vermont cheddar, mixed. However, pretty much any cheese with a cheddar-like consistency will work. Harder cheeses tend to break down and be more oily. Never tried it…

My friend and I have a conversation at least once daily about how much we love cheese. I love all kinds, and it on pretty much everything. Or plain. I couldn't even begin to name a favorite. Cheese cookies might be my favorite thing ever.

Right there with you! I have 30DS, NMTZ, BFBM, and CK (Cardio Kickbox). Oh, and YM (Yoga Meltdown). They ALL kick my *kitten*, but I think I've had decent results. Not a huge fan of the yoga one, but that's cause yoga bores me. I did one round of the shred, but stupidly didn't have pics or measurements so I can't really…

I also have the gummi bear song. That and Fraggle Rock.

A glass of wine the night before will get rid of water weight, but might not help much with the tri, lol

Shoesies. I reward myself periodically anyway, but every 10lbs, for sure, I get new shoes (in addition to whatever other rewards I've allotted myself. Essentially, Me + Willpower = :( (My 30Rock watching friends will get that). My last rewards:…
