Hi Carebears, I just started juicing yesterday -- so thanks for posting the thread. Right now I'm trying to incorporate more veggies than fruits, as I'm trying to consume less sugar as well.

Excellent post -- I've been wondering the same as well. I don't have a HRM, and really don't want to wear a chest strap. BUT.... I'm burning considerably more calories on the Elliptical and barely breaking a sweat, whereas when I'm jogging 5.3mph I am sweating and feel like I'm getting a better workout. My body gets tired…

Yup, I weigh in and record my data every day. Especially during "this" time... I like to understand more what the heck my body is doing. I keep following the same diet plan and workout regime that I'm on.... I believe it is all about consistency.

Okay, I'm in! :) Just started myfitnesspal yesterday, GREAT site! And I plan to use the BFC plan. I've used it before and had success - -but then I fell off. I just started up again though yesterday and lost 2.5lbs!! I can do this this time. :)
