Hi Cat,, welcome :).. I have only been here for 2 weeks so I am also looking for friends .. I have 5 grandchildren .. I have found the most important thing for me is to keep logging my food as well as my exercise .. Because once I stop doing that everything goes haywire lol

Good Morning , I am also starting over,,, I have found that by not logging everything I eat & by not getting on the scale regularly ,,,I have gained weight and am very unhappy with myself !! I am looking for friends & motivation to keep me on the right path :) So Please feel free to write me :)

I am also in :) I gave up the bad habit of smoking in oct. 2011 & began the bad habit of snacking ( & not healthy food ) I want to try to snack healthier !

I am really hoping my wedding rings will fit me again :) About a year ago I had to go on mega doses of steroids because of medical condition.., & HAVVE GAINED MORE WEIGHT THAN wanted toooo ! I am starting to taper down now... & trying to zumba & count calories...
