I started out doing more cardio than strength training and dropped weight, but still felt kind of "jiggly" then I added in more strength training and less (but more intense HIIT running) cardio and the fat just starting melting away! The scale hasn't moved a whole lot in the last 3 months, but I went from a size 10 pant…

Hi Liz, I can't totally relate to you! I am 5.5, and started out at 189 (post baby), and started MFP at 176. I lost 28 lbs in 4 months, and although that number hasn't moved in a while I am still going down in dress sizes (started at size 12/14 and now am a 4/6!!) I think my diary is open, you're open to check it out or…

That could have very easily been me you saw at that restaurant.. but here's what you don't see by being a casual observer at a restaurant... 1. This is the 4th time this 5 year old has ever been to a real restaurant and he's so excited! He's thinking Oh yeah, I want a burger and fries, this is a HUGE treat!! Oh and if my…

You may not see it, but there is a definite change! I can notice it in your upper body a lot! Awesome accomplishment!

First place that I lost inches was my chest 36C to 32A in about 4 months and almost 30lbs lost....

1. Don’t be afraid to just TRY and KEEP trying! It took a lot of courage for me to just go to that first bootcamp class, and even more to keep going. I felt ashamed of being overweight, embarrassed for being so out of shape, and discouraged that I couldn’t complete most of the exercises…. But I made me feel like that, no…

I have hated having my photo taken for so many years, that I am going to treat myself to a photo shoot, of just me! May have a few boudoir shots done too - for the husband as a reward for his great support ;) 13 lbs to go!!!

Went to put on a pair of dress pants that I was too afraid to try on over the winter (As I knew they would be tight and uncomfortable) thinking they may fit now, or even be a little big, but I could get away with putting a belt on them.... nope!!! They literally fell right off me! So I tried on the rest of my dress pants…

That's a great story - love it!

I don't have any pics - but I use running as my main caridio and have had great success, but it wasn't until I combined it with strength training and interval training that I really started to see results in my body/weight loss and in my running distance.

Like you I always wanted to "be a runner", I like it because it doesn't cost anything (but shoes) and it is convenient for me, as it was hard for me to leave and spend an hour at the gym when I can go for a run anytime I can get the chance and be home faster. When I started, I couldn't run for more than 30 secs, so I set a…

Great success story, your are and you look amazing! I saw so much of myself in your story - be so glad you were brave enough, and strong enough to do this in your twenties, not your thirties (like me). Congratulations on your huge accomplishment, thanks for sharing - it's incredibly motivating!
-
Congrats! I as well set small goals for myself and reached my first one today too! (only 20lbs in 3 months lost), but I am in better shape and at a weight that I haven't been in almost 10 years!!! I totally relate to your excitment, and you need to celebrate these milestones!!! Thanks for posting, I love these success…

Hi! I just started the video as well - I am on Day 2 of it actually. I definitely wasn't able to do it back to back like you, but wasn't totally drained :) I like the work-out as it is quick and intense and I need that, as between work and kid not a whole lot time! We'll see how the rest of it goes, I am worried, 10 days…
