I used to practice almost every day, but I fell out of the habit, focusing more on running and other strength training programs. Need to get back to it - I am a better version on me when I do it regularly. Good post :)

Check out Jeff Cavaliere -- "AthleanX" for lots of free workouts. He almost always includes band work, with body weight and DB exercises.

I ran DC R&R in 2019 and I think the course was harder than MCM. The last 6 miles of DC R&R were mostly nasty hills. I should've done my homework and prepped for them better but I figured DC is at/below sea level; how hilly can it get - well, they found all the hills! Even the elite runners had a time with them.
