Well Ive played around with my diet and exersize for the last few days and managed to get down 1 more pound. Hopefully this is the start of things getting moving again!

I use the "Thinner" brand scale. I bought it at Sears for about $40. It is extreamly accurate and I highly recommend it. :smile:
