Suggestions to break through a plateau?

Ive been eating healthy and exersizing for about 2 months now, the first few weeks were great (as they usually are) and I know some decline in weight loss is normal but I am finding it very difficult to loose anything now. I eat healthy, about 1200 cals a day, pretty much all fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans and eggs (Im a vegetarian), drink a ton of water and work out 5-6 days a week for 60-90 mins a day doing a mix of cardio and strength training. This month I have only lost about 1.5lbs. I feel like I'm doing everything I should be but I am just not seeing the results I'd like. I would like to loose about another 17lbs. Any suggestions for kick starting my weight loss again?

Here's an article from Dr. Oz regarding plateaus:

Have a Spike Day!

I recommend a "bad day" every week. This will spike up your metabolism and give you a break.
When it's planned and helpful you can eat what ever you want and really enjoy it, no guilt!

Well Ive played around with my diet and exersize for the last few days and managed to get down 1 more pound. Hopefully this is the start of things getting moving again!0
