I usually log that as 1.5 mph, and only log half of the time I was actually walking. In the past, my running was limited to 1.5 minute spurts, with the rare 2 minutes that killed me. Doing a full 3 minute quarter mile feels like such an accomplishment. Yay!

Just did W2D6 (yeah...had to repeat it) of C25K, so that's 1.5 miles for me. I'm going to try to round out my 20 miles this evening, probably just do some running again. I FINALLY figured out how to breath while I run! Now my running isn't limited to how long I can hold my breath, I'm so excited!

I do this too! I skip the cream cheese (not a fan) and use tomatoes, lettuce, spinach and whatever other veggies I have laying around.

I haven't been lifting weights (yet!), but going from 0 cardio a day to at least 60 minutes of cardio every day slowed my weight loss down. I lost 9 pounds in a week (mostly water weight I'm sure) and then didn't lose again for a month. I lost a total of three inches during that month though. I'm back to losing pounds…

I go through phases where breakfast is a really hard concept for me. I use one cup of fat-free yogurt, ice, and fresh fruit. Perfect for me, although a bit high in sugar sometimes.
