Haven't tried Body Beast yet but I've been taking Bodypump classes for almost 2 years at least twice a week. I love it because you can go as light or as heavy as you want. Hurts so good! :)

Totally agree. I think there is a link between consuming dairy and allergies (the stuffy nose can't breathe kind of allergies). I normally get terrible seasonal allergies and have for many years up until this year when I cut out cows milk. I have hardly had a problem this Summer. I still eat yogurt and cheese sometimes.…

Do you go to a gym? If so, try a lifting class. Those are really fun and you will also learn good body form and technique as well. I would say it's good to strength train 2-3 times a week. Good luck!

Well said. Also, if you are doing a lot of housework and chasing kids around, that IS exercise girl. You can definitely log that and allow your body more calories if you feel that needs adjusting. Good luck to you. :)
