The most I've ever run was 26.2 miles. I probably could do more, but I really wouldn't want to...0

13 is the most I've run
8 is average
Normally no less than 5
My traditional long run is 10ish miles due to time constraints.
Indoors I run like 2 mile then I'm like OMFG someone kill me cos it's so boring0 -
run?.. zero . I HATE running0
-
13.1, but it took me 2 hrs. 45 min.0
-
30 miles. Had to walk a few and that was 6 years ago. Working back at it!0
-
So far I have done 7.4 miles. Working my way up.0
-
Wow...!! You guys are amazing!!! I thought me running 6 miles was the bomb lol got a lot of work to do0
-
5 is about all I can stand without killing myself and keeping a 6 mph pace.0
-
Longest was a little over 9 miles. I typically run 3-5 depending on what else I did that day. I can't run on treadmills.0

0!! I don't run....can't even if I wanted to. The impact jars my bad knee and sends me crashing to the ground in pain. Every time I hurt myself, it was because I was running somewhere, whether hurrying or playing so I just don't anymore. Other forms of exercise are safer for me!!0

Yeah, concrete can be tough on our knees..! Wow, 80 pounds?? You rock!!!!0

Zero as of right now. As many as needed if there is a bear or a man with a chainsaw chasing me.0

Most I've run is 6.28. Bam. Next goal is 13.1. BAM.0 -
Right now, around 4 miles. I'm new to running and I've done one 5k, my 2nd is tomorrow. I'm working on increasing my distance so I can do a 10k this year. (I think as I continue to lose weight it won't be quite as difficult. I started running 30 lbs into my weightloss at 300 lbs and I've lost an additional 30 lbs since then.) I typically run 2-3 miles a day, 5 or more days a week.0

Depends on what the incentive is.

Just over a year ago I managed 15 but I was barely picking my feet up at the end and it took over 3 hours. I then injured my knee so went after a couple of weeks off went back to 3 and started building up again. I'm up to 12.5 in 2 hours and I think that's a long enough run for my purposes, any longer and I'd need to be carrying food and extra water.0

i can run only a mile. i got this idea cause i can use my elliptical that running would be easy. i was soo soo wrong. i can do 15 miles easy on the elliptical.0

3 slow ones. lol0

I can't run on tredmills! I I always kick the front and run up too close on the console...plus the sound of my feet pounding on the belt resembles the sound of a earthquake or herd of rhinos.0

I'm training for a half marathon at the end of march, but the most I've done to date is 6 miles.0
-
I did my first half marathon in October a few months before that I couldn't run for one minute. We jogged the whole way and did 2hrs31. The Nike running app was great for training
Now I try and do a 5k at the gym 3 times a week but it is boring running on a treadmill, will be going outside when it's a bit warmer.0 -
Longest I have run in one go or race is 30 miles it was very tough but enjoyable:-)0
-
not a lot, maybe like 5 or 6 miles... on a good day.0
