I put it this way. If you were to die at a particular age, would you think it was too old or too young. lol

Cocaine and they danced a lot. Disco!!

At least 100 pounds here. I am in my early 30's with three kids. This has to go!

My motivation is to be able to walk without my knees hurting from all the weight

Ugh, 5"8 and about 280....heaviest i've ever been. Let's get it done this year!

I am 33 and the heaviest I've ever been. I had my 3rd child, a baby girl in February and oddly I weigh more now than when I was pregnant with her. I am looking to lose a lot more than any of you (about 120lbs). I am determined to get it down as I am starting to have knee and back problems due to my weight. I want to be…

Glad you asked this. My baby is 12 weeks and I nurse and pump.

I had my 3rd child on 2/13/17. I didn't gain much weight, but I was overweight when I got pregnant. I lost a lot of weight during pregnancy due to nausea. I need to lose at least 60 pounds.

Also, I wish I would have invested in some stock, saved some money and realized my mom was right about everything!
-
I wish I would have taken better care of my body after the second baby.

Yes. Sometimes I'll eat 50% sometimes I'll eat 100%, but it just really depends on how I feel.
-
Although I'd rather be outside but can't (allergies are too much sometimes), I've learned to love the treadmill by watching movies/videos/television.

I struggle with eating less...I always feel hungry. I've tried more protein, more fiber and i still feel hungry! Also, sugar and salt...it calls my name way too often.

Hi Sheena, welcome :)

It depends on what I'm making. If it's something like asparagus, that I know they won't like, I'll give them an alternative vegetable. I won't cook an entirely different meal, but I will give other side dish options. Thankfully, I don't have to deal with it too much, except my 3 year old has suddenly become very picky.…

75 days?!? wow that's a long time...i could see maybe two weeks but 75 days?!?

I know it sounds odd, but I don't actually like to eat the meat in it, I usually eat some other meat i prepare with it.

I had the same issue or I just wasn't losing at all. You want to guess what my problem was? I wasn't eating enough--once I started eating back my exercise calories, the weight began to fall off.

I'm a mom of two, married, work full-time and school full-time. I can definitely understand the overwhelmed feeling, with additional things such as housework, homework and fitting in exercise on top of caring for your kids!

I would LOVE to do this! I know Thanksgiving is coming up and I don't want that to be the time I lose control and gain what I've lost back.

For me, I'm not so afraid of the good sugars, I'm afraid of the refined ones mainly because I don't get the concept of moderation. I try it in moderation, but can't keep myself from wanting more and eventually overindulging.
-
Haha! I do the same thing and have never gotten anything less than a B on my papers. Usually it's an A though.

I don't weigh in the week before my period because of the water weight, that number just messes with my head.
-
One of my best friend's tried it and she liked it. I, however, have tried enough weight loss gimmicks that I realize that there is nothing better than diet and exercise.
-
Yeah, I definitely couldn't do the meal plan thing. I had headaches and was really irritable. The DVD is getting much easier for me and I'm seeing my stomach shrinking.
-
For me, i'll let my kids have something unhealthy paired with something healthy. For example, if I get them chick-fil-a, I'll get them nuggets with a side of fruit.
-
Honestly, I just wash it, pop it in the microwave and grate some fresh cinnamon over it. One day, I wanted a sweet treat and added a few marshmallows, all was under 200 calories (with medium sweet potato).

Well it's a good think you checked it out!
