I wouldn't cut your calories down any further. Doctors and such say no one should eat less than 1500 without medical advice as your body can go into starvation mode - resulting in weight gain; 1500 for someone being an average height etc. If you're fining your weight isn't moving because of muscle, why not check waist…

This is kinda reassuring in a way because I know my pregabalin can cause weight gain. I'm hoping that when I go pain clinic next week I can go on something else that won't cause weight gain and come off the pregabalin. Weight gain is not the only side effect I have been getting to say the least!

That all sounds pretty kool. Will have to check out what's in my area. I do do a bit of wheelchair basketball and Tia Chi when I feel well enough.

I want to make a goal of once a week, and if it is TOM then not to worry too much if it gone up a couple of pounds cos it's likely to drop again the week after if I keep to the plan. I think I'm gonna find the graph feature helpful to see if there is a significant change during different times.

Glass of water or low sugar drink I do. If that doesn't help I pick at raisins as it's the closest thing to healthy I'll eat snack wise. Not sure it's really that great as I think they're high in sugar. Apples and bananas are good though. I know someone who had banana covered in custard so it felt like something sweet but…
