You became a member in March 2013? My recommendation would be the same as for anyone who wants to lose weight: stick to the eating plan for 24 hours and then do it again. I got close and quit. That doesn't work.

I think you answered your question. If you are hungry when you get home then maybe you should rethink car food. Use a mid-height heel to support the muscles. A cowboy boot does wonders. And insoles. Flat shoes do not offer the support needed.
