  • I also sweat a lot!!! I had actually read an article that said the more your body gets used to working out it starts to recognize what it needs to prepare for and that you can actually start to sweat more. I guess that's one of the only "positives" to sweating more!

  • I've had a few Starbucks Refreshers. The can says "natural energy from green coffee extract". Target has them. They have stevia in them. Not sure what all you're trying to avoid.
