Have you thought about just starting off walking? I invested in a real pair of sneakers from New Balance (arch support inserts and all...) and headed to my local park. I've found I really, really enjoy walking the dirt trails..far more than sidewalks. It lets me get in a good 3 mile walk while watching out for trees, deer,…
